Our Sports & Deep Tissue Massage uses firm, targeted techniques to work deeper into the muscles, release knots and ease areas of tension and stiffness. Ideal for active bodies or anyone who prefers a stronger massage, it helps improve mobility and leaves the body feeling looser and revitalised.
We also work on sports injuries and particular issues. A big part of our clientele are international golfers, tennis players, cyclists and footballers.
Physically a massage relieves contractions, helps improve physical mobility, muscle tissue, the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic, nervous, respiratory and digestive systems, and much more.
If you wish, you can choose a mix of different techniques, like indian head massage, back massage and foot reflexology. Tell us when you book what you would like to combine and we will arrange a therapist who covers it. You are welcome to tell us at any time if you wish the massage to be stronger, deeper or more relaxing.
