How you get it
You have different options
Option 1. We prepare the voucher at the centre for you to collect. If you like, we include a photo of your choice, an envelope and a nice touch of decoration.
Option 2. We send the voucher to you by email or WhatsApp. You give us the name of the recipient, the length of the massage or the amount you would like to spend, and a phrase you would like to add. You can pay by card over the phone, by bank transfer, or we send you a payment link.
Option 3. You put your voucher together here on our website. You leave us your email, we come back to you with the payment link, and your voucher reaches you as a PDF.

What do we need from you?+
The recipient’s name, the desired length and type of treatment or the amount, and a personal message. We take care of the rest.
Can I choose the design?+
Yes. At the centre we have several voucher designs to choose from for different occasions, and we can personalise them further together with you, with your own photo or images. Online there is one design at the moment, more will follow soon.
How can I pay?+
If you put the voucher together online, we send you a secure payment link. If we make it and send it to you, you can pay by card over the phone, by bank transfer or through a payment link. If you collect it at our centre in Puerto Portals, you can pay by card or in cash.
In what form do I get the voucher?+
At the centre we print it and prepare it nicely in a beautiful envelope. If you requested it online, it arrives as a PDF for you to print yourself or forward to the recipient.
Where can the voucher be redeemed?+
With us at the centre in Puerto Portals, or, depending on the value, at your home, hotel or boat.
How long is it valid for?+
Usually one year from the month you bought it. Sometimes we make an exception, if for some reason someone could not come within that time.
