bodhana Full Body Signature Massage is our specialty and most popular massage, of either 60 or 90 minutes. It is a mixture of deep tissue and stress release massage, working on knots and contractions and leaving you relaxed at the same time. The pressure is just before the edge of being painful, and yet you can really feel that some work has been done.
