This work is based on the understanding that separation from Essence is one of the primary causes of our suffering, and therefore, any therapy that does not retrieve our connection with Essence is incomplete. Essence can be defined as our true self, free of our conditioning and has been referred to as Buddha nature or our original face. Any ideology that acknowledges only the need to know the Absolute without including the relative or personal leaves us without the integration that allows us to live a fulfilled and awakened life, combining body, heart and soul.

Through development of compassion, objective enquiry and understanding the entanglements that have disturbed our connection to Essence are gently resolved leaving us in a relaxed and open state. Essence work offers a gentle and spacious approach that allows us layer by layer to melt the obstacles that hinder our capacity to rest in Being. Understanding of our Personality Structure is an important aspect of the work and for this we apply the Enneagram as a deep and soulful way to pinpoint our ego defenses and create a certain dis-identification with our conditioning.

BEING A BUDDHA – tools and meditations on the buddha’s path

Buddha taught that in order to reach enlightenment, one must develop two qualities: wisdom and compassion. These two are compared to both wings of the bird that are working together to allow flight, or both eyes synchronized to look in depth. The modern western mind, teaches us to think about „wisdom“ as something which is primarily intellectual and „Compassion „, as something which is particularly emotional and that these two are contradictory and inconsistent.

Buddhism refers to „Wisdom“ as the understanding of reality and the self, beyond all conditions and illusions. Such an understanding allows tremendous love and compassion for all living creatures.

In this meditation workshop we will practice various meditations to train our mind, to open our hearts and to recognize our real nature – the Buddha nature.

Each person experiences their unique sensation: for some it is like a concert, for others it is meditative and deeply relaxing, and for others it is a healing experience. Generally, the feeling with harmonic vibrations is like being immersed in waves of peace, heightened awareness and relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration. Physical injuries can be healed and old emotional traumas released. Great insights can be accessed. You feel truly, vibrantly alive.

Each rhythm is connected with an element, a feeling, the „life circle“. The first rhythm „flow“ is connected with the feminine part inside of you, soft, gentle, movements. The second rhythm is „staccato“, in which you connect with the masculine part inside of you, accurate, precise. In the third rhythm „chaos“ you can free yourself by shaking of your doubts, blockades.
