rebirthing is a word that has many meanings. for me rebirthing has two main definitions. one is learning how to breathe energy as well as air, the other is to unravel the birth-death cycle and to incorporate the body
and mind into the conscious life of the eternal spirit, to learn conscious energy breathing is to discover the full power of the breath of life mentioned in genenis. it is the spiritual rebirth which jesus talked about with the hebrew leader nicodemus in the third chapter of john which repairs the damage done to the human organism at birth.
babaji, the eternal youth, calls rebirthing "an american form of prana yoga".
rebirthing as i teach it is a very important spiritual work involving a series of conscious intuitive breathing energy cycles or fillings of the holy spirit that give people more health, happiness, and peace of mind.
rebirthing is sometimes called a biological experience of god. it is a real and physical, not a belief system. breathwork is a basic tool for the regeneration of the body. with conscious energy breathing we can keep ourselves in a more dependable happy, healthy, and productive state of aliveness.
conscious breathing can enable us to master or at least manage more efficiently both physical and emotional pain.
a high quality sessions involves an experience of divine energy that is inspired by a simple, gentle, connected breathing rhythm guided by a well trained and experienced rebirthing-breathworker.
we can read or talk about swimming all day, but this is totally different from being in the water moving and being supported by the water. we can read or talk about riding a bicycle all day, but this theory is totally different from doing it and experiencing balance and movement and steering on a actual bicycle. we can believe that fasting cleans the blood, but this is totally different from fasting enough to actually have clean blood.
similarly, talking or reading about or believing in energy breathing is completely different from experiencing peace and relaxation and healing and cleansing and pure divine energy as a result of 2 hour session of circular breathing with a good rebirther-breathworker. an infinite supply of words describing an energy breathing cycle doesn´t begin to tell you what it is. once you have experienced a completed divine energy cycle, no words are necessary.

religious significance

one of the amazing things about the normal practice of rebirthing-breathwork is that it does not need any religious context or spiritual beliefs at all in order to completely transform people.
however, a relationship to god and daily spiritual practices makes it much easier for people to integrate personal changes and deal successfully with transformation and our ongoing healing process. we all need support. being a member of a church or any kind of social groups in which we can talk freely about our feelings is a valuable resource for everyone to have. good rebirthers supply ongoing support groups or spiritual community for their clients.
in 1974-75, i perfected the process of training others to teach conscious energy breathing and give this valuable spiritual, emotional and physical healing gift to others.
conscious breathing is normally taught through ten two-hour sessions.
this is a very responsible way to transmit this wonderful power of god.
it is a valuable ability that every intelligent person interested in spiritual growth or mental and physical health must have. after we learn this simple and natural process, our spiritual liberation, emotional healing process, and our mastery of the body becomes easier and far more efficient. it is only a matter of time until it is taught in every school, church, and hospital.
in the meantime, until this occurs, every person who takes the time and money to give themselves ten sessions with a good breathworker is extremely fortunate. being a full time career rebirther-breathworker is a very precious profession and resource in every country that is fortunate enough to have an abundance of them.
conscious breathing spontaneously spread from only me in 1974 to over 10 million people around the globe. it is the genuine work of god.
i just watched as the cream of humanity-beautiful, love people, who were open to truth and life, were attracted to spiritual breathing. they were called by god.
