we are a team of professionals, offering effective, natural, non-toxic tools and methods to restore and maintain health and to facilitate the evolution towards greater consciousness and well-being.
our philosophy is to give a professional, personalised and accessible service of therapies, workshops and trainings, with a commitment to high standard and quality, so that both, our team and our clients, enjoy and benefit each moment the sensation of being in a space of support, consciousness, wisdom and security.
we combine western with oriental techniques to enhance the unity of body, mind and soul.
bodhana is continuously researching new techniques and methods to offer the best and most effective result for each individual.

 

 beverley pugh (vaijanti)
beverley pugh is certified hippocrates health educater and living foods life style coach
she started her spiritual path in 1980, was initiated in reiki and reflexology in 1991 and works since than as a therapist in both disciplines, being a pioneer in reflexology in the balearic islands. following her path she became a reiki master in 1997 and did the two years training as a rebirthing therapist and psychotherapy technic. she worked as interpreter and organiser for many famous in the international health community and since nov. 2002 she is a rawfoodist eating only raw live living organic foods.

 

 

chetana (annette adelskamp)
chetana moved from germany to spain in 1981, dedicating herself to tourism in ibiza and mallorca.
her life has got a different taste and quality since her search brought her to osho meditation resort in pune, india, where she spends some time a year meditating, participating in groups and trainings and learning different meditation, relaxation, awareness and therapeutical techniques and skills.
she likes to share her insights and experiences through bodhana wellness centres and by organising active meditations and workshops on personal growth and bodywork.
