indian
head massage
also
known in hindi as "champi", this traditional
massage is based on ancient (ayurvedic) healing from
india. it is a simple and incredibly relaxing massage of upper
back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp, face and ears. indian
head massage is based on ancient (ayurvedic) healing
which has been taught in india and other asian countries
for more than five thousands years. it has a long tradition
in indian families, mothers would stroke their daughters'
hair to promote its strong, healthy, lustrous growth.
the modern father of indian head massage, narendra mehta,
studied "champissage" in his native india
and brought his technique to the uk in the 1980's. he
had developed the "champi" and extended it
to incorporate shoulders, neck, and face. the massage
is safe, simple and very effective to give, without
the need to undress or use oils. it can provide relief
from aches and pains, stress symptoms, insomnia, promote
hair growth, soothe, comfort and rebalance your energy
flow which gives you a deep sense of peace, calm and
tranquillity.

a day for the
inner child
if
we want to live our adult life with truth, love, joy and playfulness,
we need to turn inwards and reconnect with our inner child. this child
was born full of sensitivity, in connection with existence and people.
this healing day will support and nourish communication and union between
the positiv adult in us- our logical, rational, protective and responsable
part - and the child which lives inside of us and which is so ready to
enrich our life with his innocence, spontaneity, creativity and sense
of humor.
"the child never dies in anyone. it is not that the child dies
when you grow, the child remains. everything that you have been is still
within you and will remain within you until your very last breath." (osho)

a morning or afternoon of meditation (3½ hours)
*meditationes for busy people
*active meditation
*guided meditation
*tools for relaxation
it is important to understand that "meditation" is simply being
aware of what is happening both within and around us. so ultimately, this
is just a natural part of everything we do, twenty-four hours a day. meditation
methods are designed to help you first learn that knack, until the watcher
inside becomes strong enough to become a natural part of your everyday
life.
it's good to find the method that works best for you, given your particular
lifestyle.
we will practice and experiment meditative techniques which can be practiced
anywhere at any time.
methods which can be added and be an integral part of life, without the
need of making extra time in our busy schedule for meditation. this is
the reason why these techniques are called as well: 'meditations for busy
people'.
all the methods are designed scientifically, with each step consciously
worked out.
it is not about meditating with some goal or desire or any expectation.
the whole secret is to allow the process to unfold. just be content to
enjoy the time of meditation in itself, for itself. results will come,
but only if you're not demanding that they do. we will create a climate
of receptivity, openness and relaxation.

an
introduction to hypnotherapy:
'the
art to be happy'
most
human beings long to be happy. but usually we believe that happiness is
possible only when certain conditions are fulfilled - this might be a
new love, a better paid job or a more beautiful appartment.
and yet, there are peopple who have all of this and still feel unhappy.
the reason is that in order to experience happiness a certain state of
consciousness is needed. without this consciousness you can have all the
riches of this world and still feel dissatisfied and frustrated.
together we will practice the steps of understanding and experience the
meditations which can create this state of consciousness, so that you
can dive into the flow of life. the goal is to accept life without fixed
judgements so that all things start to shine from the inside.
this group is for all who are ready to move on this path to the inside
where happiness is waiting to be discovered.

co-dependency I:
the art of relating
co-dependency means a wounded state of being. it shows itself in difficulties
with love and intimacy and with expressing life energy.
the focus of the co-dependency work is to enable us to be fully alive,
loving and human. it is a method of inner work to learn to no longer be
negatively influenced by our past and to discover our beauty and our essence,
especially when relating intimately to those we love.
we do not know how of love. we have to learn it from abc. all too often
our efforts to find and sustain love result in conflict, disappointment
and frustration.
we find ourselves repeating the same painful patterns over and over again.
the problem lies in our co-dependency - in the deep seated wounds we carry
inside that lead to dependency or isolation.
this workshop deals with three roots of co-dependency: our wounds
of shame and shock, and our fear of separation and abandonment. it uncovers
the source of our conflicts and difficulties in our relationships.
through guided meditations and carefully designed sharing exercises, we
will explore this wounded child inside of us - giving space for each person
to connect with this delicate and hidden part of us, in his or her own
way and time.
this process provides specific tools for resolving conflict, for learning
to set boundaries and for expressing our needs simply and clearly.

co-dependency II:
creating trust
21 - 23 september 2007
learning to love is a process of learning to trust. our mistrust arises
out of old ways of seeing ourselves, others, and the world.
we live in mistrust because of wounds that we carry from the past
that have filled us with fear and self doubt. out of fear and mistrust
we sabotage love with old habits like blaming, reacting, demanding, isolating,
closing down or being dishonest. as a result, we feel misunderstood, rejected
or lost.
our mistrust and habit of reacting to others brings unnecessary disappointment
and isolation to our lives.often it is based on the past and has become
obsolete.
this is a process of learning a new way of seeing ourselves and relating.
it guides us out of our usual hiding places and encourages us to be open
and to rebuild our trust -- both in ourselves and in others.

primal
feeling-‘healing
emotional wounds"
'primal'
is an intensive process that aims to bring clarity into the conditioning
we received during our first years of life and to heal past wounds that
still contaminate our adult life. using different techniques such as regression,
gestalt bodywork, breath, meditations and others, this group allows to
build a bridge back to our childhood, experiencing the relief of releasing
old, locked up emotions and creating space for greater maturity. we are
going to do this in different steps: *we will bring clarity into the family
system*we will look at the believes, the shoulds and shouldnt's we have
received in childhood and how they still contaminate our life now. *we
will relive and complete the emotions that the child had to cut off, either
because not allowed or because simply too much for that fragile system
to bear. these uncompleted emotions have become wounds, a pool of pain,
and are the reason of our acting in or acting out. *we will reconnect
with our wonder child, our essence, which is still there inside us, just
covered up with layers of conditioning and pain. by making peace with
the past, we can be in the present and face the future with a fresh attitude.
this workshopis led by 'prem shakura', therapist in the 'osho meditation
resort' in pune, india. shakura studied philosophy in milano and changed
her life in 1977, when she met osho and became a bodyworker, group leader
and trainer in 'body awareness', 'connection body-mind', rebalancing and
diamond bodywork (created by her). her experience in bodywork brought
her to primal/childhood work, after noticing how during the bodywork sessions
memories and emotions of childhood were triggered in people. shakura decided
to go deeper into these issues and is now specialized in primal and inner
child workshops. she is totally passionate about this work which has provoked
a big breakthrough inside her. she feels a deep love for the child, and
is happy to see what a big and lasting transformation happens in people
who participate in her workshops.
her skills, professionalism, totality and unconditional love are taking
her all over the world.
