life.

lifestyle.
we will practice and experiment meditative techniques which can be practiced
anywhere at any time.
methods which can be added and be an integral part of life, without the
need of making extra time in our busy schedule for meditation. this is
the reason why these techniques are called as well: 'meditations for busy
people'.
all the methods are designed scientifically, with each step consciously
worked out.
it is not about meditating with some goal or desire or any expectation.
the whole secret is to allow the process to unfold. just be content to
enjoy the time of meditation in itself, for itself. results will come,
but only if you're not demanding that they do. we will create a climate
of receptivity, openness and relaxation.

der wunsch der meisten menschen ist, glück zu erfahren. meistens
jedoch glauben wir, dass glück nur möglich ist, wenn bestimmte
bedingungen erfüllt sind; z.b. eine neue große liebe, ein besser
bezahlter job oder eine schönere wohnung.
aber dann gibt es ja leute, die all das haben und dennoch unglücklich
sind.
der grund ist, dass um glück zu erfahren ein bestimmter bewußtseinszustand
voraussetzung ist. ohne dieses bewußtsein kannst du alle reichtümer
dieser welt besitzen und dennoch unzufrieden und frustriert sein.
gemeinsam werden wir die schritte üben und meditationen erfahren,
die diesen bewußtseinszustand ermöglichen, so dass du in den
glücksfluß des lebens eintauchen kannst. ziel ist, das leben
anzunehmen ohne festgelegte bewertungen, so dass alle dinge beginnen,
von innen her zu strahlen.

learning to love is a process of learning to trust. our mistrust arises
out of old ways of seeing ourselves, others, and the world.
we live in mistrust because of wounds that we carry from the past that
have filled us with fear and self doubt. out of fear and mistrust we sabotage
love with old habits like blaming, reacting, demanding, isolating, closing
down or being dishonest. as a result, we feel misunderstood, rejected
or lost.
our mistrust and habit of reacting to others brings unnecessary disappointment
and isolation to our lives.often it is based on the past and has become
obsolete.
this is a process of learning a new way of seeing ourselves and relating.it
guides us out of our usual hiding places and encourages us to be open
and to rebuild our trust -- both in ourselves and in others.

was born in san francisco in 1952 , he studied structural integration
and oriental medicine in california, where he led seminars and gave individual
sessions.
he became a disciple of osho, who gave him direct guidance on how to work
with people. he was one of osho's personal bodyworkers.

this time, he offered individual sessions, groups and trainings in a variety
of bodywork techniques, and co-developed rebalancing, an internationally-acclaimed
approach to deep massage.
he has now developed a new form of bodywork, called core integration,
and is offering trainings worldwide.

is known for his sense of humor and his sensitivity in teaching trainings
and leading groups.
he is author of two book: "living in balance' and 'stretches for

der emotionalen wunden aus der kindheit
"primal"
ist ein intensiver prozess der bewusstwerdung frühkindlicher konditionierungen
und eine möglichkeit schmerzhafte alte wunden, die unser heutiges
leben soz. vergiften, zu heilen. Wir überraschen und dabei wie wir
übertrieben und unangemessen auf eine situation reagieren, als ob
wir unbewusst wieder zum kind werden;wir sind nicht mehr der erwachsene,
der mit emotioneller intelligenz auf das hier und jetzt reagiert. das
verletzte kind hat das ruder übernommen und bewältigt die situation
mit den erlernten kindlichen strategien, obwohl sie nicht mehr angemessen
sind.
kursleitung: prem shakura, therapeutin im osho meditation resort, puna,
indienshakura hat in milan philosophie studiert und ihr leben hat sich
1977 als sie osho kennenlernte völlig verändert. sie begann
mit körpertherapietechniken zu arbeiten und leitete gruppen wie "bewusste
körperwahrnehmung", "körpergeistverbindung",
"rebalancing" und "diamond body work" (eigene kreation).
in den körpertherapiesitzungen konnte sie beobachten wie viele menschen
schmerzhafte alte erinnerungen und gefühle loslassen konnten.aufgrund
dieser erfahrung spezialisierte sie sich aus ganzem herzen auf die gruppenarbeit
mit dem inneren kind und frühkindlichen konditionierungen.
